Juxel for [a game console] has been removed due to a legal threat.
Continue to our regular site >>
Do we think they would actually have a legal case? No. Do we think that Cyveillance, Nintendo's hired thugs, are a bunch of money-grubbing scaremongers who ignore web protocols? Yes. Can we actually afford to fight this? No.
So long, one-handed browsing. Not that it matters, since anyone can access any goddamn site they want on web-connected consoles, but hey, don't let anyone point that inconvenient fact out. Since when should facts get in the way of a good lawsuit?
You might be interested in our regular porn site, which still works on consoles, or if you're a webmaster you might be interested in making money with us. We also have a blog if you'd like to comment, or you could digg us.

Re: http://***.juxel.com/
IDENTIFIED PROBLEM: Web site uses a ******** trademark (********, ***) in the code of the page.
We are an Internet monitoring agency representing ******** of America Inc. ("********"). We are writing to ask you to stop using the ******** properties in the hidden text/visible text/meta tags and/or title and/or links of the above-referenced sexually explicit Web site. ********'s customers include many children and their parents. Unauthorized use of ******** trademark(s)/work(s) is harmful to those customers and will tarnish ********'s reputation.
We look forward to your immediate confirmation that you have taken the necessary steps to resolve this matter. To that end, you may email us at S***************@cyveillance.com.
Please note that these are automatic email boxes so typically no response is sent as long as the problem is corrected.
Sincerely,
Cyveillance

We've taken it down because we can't afford to fight any legal battles.
For the record, we don't think we were in the wrong, we don't think we were infringing any trademarks, we think that your company is a bunch of hired thugs that ignore web protocols and try to make a quick buck out of gullible companies, and we hope your servers spontaneously combust.
Love and kisses,
Mark @ Juxel
